Production of this type of gratings consists in precise preparation of tapered cut outs on the load carrying flat bars, into which lateral flat bars are pressed in the next stage. Forces applied to individual flat bars reach the value of approximately 1650kN, providing the resulting structure with very high durability.
Pressed gratings are manufactured in its entirety on modern, fully computerised technological line. Automation of the production process has led to an unparalleled performance and quality of the produced gratings, in accordance with the strict standards DIN. By way waste-free production process, we were also able to significantly reduce the cost of the final product.
In the production of pressed gratings, largest emphasis is not put on mass production, but on individual approach to each Contract, considering Customer’s requirements concerning size of gratings, type of mesh, pattern on platforms and method of installation. Please find below the diagram presenting pressed grate, table with types of load carrying flat bars and standard scale and sizes of meshes of pressed gratings.
